RunTex has assigned Coach Josh Selfridge to help our Parish community train for the upcoming Cornerstone 5K. Sessions will start Saturday, October 10 at 8:30am on the St. John Neumann Campus and will continue each week (10/10, 10/17 and 10/24) until the race which is October 31st. Training will be offered for all abilities - crawl, walk, jog, run! - and will last 1 hour. We will meet at the playground.
